Senior ERP Project Manager, Finance Track
Project Description: Responsible for global release and deployment of Oracle R11 ERP Financials modules. Liaise between CFO, finance executives, Oracle consultants, operations and IT in identifying business process gaps and developing strategies for either Oracle customizations or business process re-engineering. Goals are to support the migration of current business solutions to an integrated component based solution, reengineering to more efficient business processes to meet “out of the box” applications. Managed budget of $13M covering vendor consultants implementing GL, AR, AP, PO, OM and INV using strict Oracle AIM methodologies.
Key Accomplishments:
- Followed strict Oracle AIM methodology of deliverables in coordination with business and vendors. Managed critical activities are to create test and implementation plans and strategies enabling the business to learn and mentor in-house resources for on the job test/training activities.
- Acted as the key point of contact for 128-member team, supported business partners to better understand constraints and limitations to be able to develop business strategies that fully embrace the new business application solutions.
- Partnered with the business to develop comprehensive change management plan for the step by step new processes to support the new path and activities the business will adopt and creating test scripts for full UAT validation of new processes within the application scope.
