Senior Project Manager, Infrastructure & Global Systems
Project Description: Responsible for cradle to grave project planning and implementation of IT projects consisting of distributed client-server, thin-client, web applications, and network infrastructure for Universal Music Group and Universal Studios Group.
Over 7,500 hours managing multiple projects for a substantial global client base using strict PMI methodologies. Provide full test methodology to implement 52 projects successfully impacting 12,579 users, installing 71 servers and touching 22,900 desktops with total budgets of over $4M.
Oversee the creation of test plan and strategy to ensure scope is traceable back to business and technical requirements. Provide resource estimates and reviewed skill set to meet goals of positions. Leading role in developing PMO best practices and fostering PM methodology coordination between business unit applications project managers and operations implementation teams.
Establish project management best practices and implement a PMO for Universal Music after their split from Universal Studios.

- Implemented infrastructure and operations projects in the four divisions of Universal Studios
- Deployed Citrix Metaframe as the primary global applications delivery platform
