Project Description: Provide consultation and program management coordination for development and implementation of corporate operational processes and integration with MS Dynamics AX ERP system. A program of four distinct projects and nine business process flows defines the operations and processes to develop and integrate. They include CRM, supply chain, MRP, data center, credit card processing, customs brokerage and production/service BOMs.

Responsible for determining project scope and managing change control, establishing and managing project schedule, and accomplishing the integration while adhering to the corporate executive roadmap and automobile production schedule and market readiness.
