Our Values
Monhabie Advisors, LLC provides independent Project Management consulting services to clients who are taking on the biggest project of their life.
A large ERP transformation project has thousands of moving parts, and a full 66% of all major ERP implementation projects encounter major obstacles; and about half of those fail. To mitigate the risk factors associated with a critical, and often existential transformation project, Monhabie Advisors adheres to a strict set of values focused on ensuring the success of each and every project we undertake.
Transparency
We avoid many of the problems that companies and organizations often encounter during a major ERP transformation by insisting on complete transparency during the implementation phases of each project. We are careful to keep all stakeholders fully informed of all aspects of the project—and everyone openly knows and understands the good, the bad and the ugly, and each department must sign off on the changes they are undergoing. From the beginning we empower the business users to be part of the Project Plan, the Design, the Testing, and to have a say in everything we do along the way. There is no ‘hide-the-ball’ or sandbagging—only full disclosure to everyone at each step of the process.
Independence
We are generally engaged by the client company who is consolidating many disparate software and supply chain systems into a single, centralized ERP system. We are entirely neutral regarding which software package is selected for the project or which vendor/systems integrator is engaged. We accept no side payments for making recommendations, and we have no business alliances that color our recommendations. We approach each project as a blank canvas, and each recommendation we make to our client is the result of honest, thoughtful deliberation, and based on decades of experience with high-level, large, complex implementation projects.
Adherence to Solid Methodologies
By following the best industry practices and time-tested, approved methodologies detailed in a well-designed and executed Project Plan, all ERP projects can be successfully implemented. By adhering strictly to PMI (Project Management Professional) methodologies and following recommended standards at each step of a large project implementation, we eliminate most of the obstacles that often plague projects, and keep projects in “Green” status, destined to be completed on time and on budget.
